1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 3 days of the date of delivery.

⚠️ Important: Return requests raised after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and unworn
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories intact
  • The price tag / brand tag must be attached, undamaged, and unremoved
⚠️ Important: Products with a broken, removed, or tampered price/brand tag will NOT be eligible for return under any circumstances, regardless of the reason.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery
  • Items with missing accessories, packaging, or original pouch
  • Items with a removed, broken, or tampered brand/price tag
  • Customised or personalised orders

3. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to request a return:

  • Step 1: Contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@radiantejewel.com or call +91 88663 73077 (Mon–Sat, 10AM – 7PM)
  • Step 2: Share your Order ID and a clear photograph of the product, packaging, and intact tag
  • Step 3: Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and confirm eligibility
  • Step 4: If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team:

  • Only the item price (product MRP) will be refunded
  • Convenience fees, handling charges, shipping fees, payment gateway charges, and any other applicable fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is approved
📌 Note: Refunds are limited to the item price only. No additional charges paid at the time of order will be refunded.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Delivery / shipping charges
  • Convenience fees
  • Payment gateway or transaction fees
  • Any promotional or service fees

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID
  • A clear photograph of the damaged or incorrect product
  • A photograph of the original packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping) for verified cases of damage or incorrect fulfilment.
